VBA has been offering diverse and cost-effective vision benefits for more than 50 years. Using that experience and heritage as a foundation, VBA is thrilled to announce that, in partnership with TruAssure Insurance Company, we will now offer dental benefits.

VBA dental plans are available to group members in Pennsylvania and Ohio. Not only will members have access to one of the largest PPO networks in the country, but they’ll be provided outstanding coverage.

Unique features of VBA dental plans include:

    • Three cleanings per year (standard coverage)
    • Composite (white) fillings (standard coverage)
    • Freedom to choose own dentist

On August 18, members of VBA and TruAssure Insurance Company gathered at Wigle Whiskey to announce the partnership. Attendees enjoyed whiskey samples and distillery tours while learning more about the dental plans that will be offered.

Matt Cuomo, VBA’s Vice President of Sales and Sales Support is excited about the expansion. “Today, VBA is more than just a vision provider,” said Cuomo. “We’re now able to offer our regional members comprehensive, cost-effective vision and dental coverage, which includes access to a network of providers, ultimately helping them better maintain their overall health.”
